"Following the hot trails of nighttime adventures. Odessa in pitch darkness. A wall of rain outside the window. Not a ray of light. Even the moon and stars do not seep through the overcast sky. Large raindrops beat on the roof. Daughter, wife, and cat serenely travel through the dreams of Morpheus. I am in bed under a warm winter blanket living through the third or fourth scene of my dream. In one scene, a comrade and I are driving in a car discussing how to properly conduct a delivery business under war conditions and without electricity. The friend suggests useful advice, I share my opinion with him. Then I wake up somewhere in a southern country, presumably in the tropical belt. Beyond the door, the sea, bright and inviting. People are swimming and riding jet skis. Around are the green of the tropics and unique landscapes. I note to myself that it would be nice to wake up here sometimes. And now, my brother Kapustin Mikhail and I are loading the SUV with stuff. A journey awaits us, and we fantasize about which car is more comfortable for long trips. I say I like the panoramic roof, pity we don’t have it, but Misha is convinced that the roof is not more important than the route. I have nothing to cover, unequivocally agree. I start to feel a rapidly increasing bright light, body vibration, and 'white noise'. This is it! — I mentally comment on the happening. I know this is a dream. I hold onto that feeling, then intensify... clearly understand that all the scenes before were pleasant, but I am here exactly for this light. I intensify to the max... a vortex, vibration, then a flash... and I am back in my body, in my bed. The vibration and noise still continue but are already fading. I am excited, even a bit scared, but happy. On the way to this first step, I exerted a lot of effort. Ahead lies much work and new peaks. Thanks to the course on lucid dreaming, particularly Denis Banchenko for the powerful practices and exceptional meticulousness in compiling the course, and Tatyana Burilova for the support and dedication in assisting me personally and other participants 😇"

"Have you ever wondered how much time you spend sleeping throughout your life? Approximately 22 years if you live to be 70. I've always been intrigued by questions like: Why do we sleep, what is sleep, how not to waste time. That's how I ended up in Denis' course. Incredibly interesting and scientific presentation, every step and exercise are discussed in detail and explained, with plenty of advice for when things don’t go as planned. Before starting the course, one must understand that the course requires discipline and performing exercises, which can sometimes be very inconvenient. However, despite the number of exercises and the complexity of some, you realize that it is an incredibly interesting experience and that even if it doesn’t work out, it was worth all the effort because it is fun and greatly improves health. In my case, I fell asleep once again in anticipation of the next day to perform the practices, and woke up in a fairy-tale world that offered limitless possibilities and control over it. And I achieved such a result after a month of practice."

"I became aware in a dream... can that happen? With each time, I more often understand that yes, it is possible. Systematic practices, change of regime, regular reports, active brain work and you gradually begin to see clearly from yourself and from this world. First euphoria, then refraction, then rejection, then misunderstanding, but there is one BUT, you know why and for what you are doing it! Special thanks to Denis Banchenko and his team for organizing this course, for the training and support. And now it can already be boldly said: 'Do you believe in lucid dreams?' I can confidently say yes, because my first dream was more than interesting. But more on that in the next post..."
